Workshop Speakers

STEM Experiences are opportunities at the Science Fair for our students to expand their STEM knowledge through workshops. Professionals may provide demonstrations, video tours and talks for our students to learn more about S.T.E.M. subjects and S.T.E.M. careers. Workshops can also be unique virtual learning opportunities such as online quizzes, interactive websites and activities related to S.T.E.M. education.

Interested? We need S.T.E.M. professionals to share their experiences in their careers and showcase their interesting projects and discoveries in their fields.  2022 we are focused on connecting students with the following areas of interest:

  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Computer Sciences
  • Environmental Sciences
  • Medical Related Information
  • Sustainability Efforts

What to Expect: Breakout Sessions are held for students either before or after their judging session.  Student groups are 80-100 students in a classroom setting (or outside if applicable and weather permitting).  Sessions are approximately four 25-30 minutes workshops.  Sessions are held 9 a.m. – 12noon or 12noon – 3 p.m.
